How much does it cost to build a house per sq ft?
It depends on what goes into the house: the structure, the finishes, the fittings you choose. Two homes of the same size can differ a lot. Once we have seen your plot and your plan, we give you a written estimate with the rate and what it covers. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what a home like yours usually comes to.
What is the difference between Design-Build and contractor-only?
With Design-Build we take the home from the first drawing to the keys: design, plan sanction, construction and handover, one team throughout. With contractor-only you bring finished drawings from your own architect and we build to them. Both get the same site practices and the same checks at every stage.
